1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the O.W. “Na Wydmie” and is an integral part of the contract, the conclusion of which takes place through the check-in of the Guest, as well as by making a reservation or payment of a down payment or the entire amount due for staying in the Center. Making the above activities The guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of these Regulations.
2. The regulations apply to all guests staying in the O.W. “On the Dune” in Dziwnów.
3. These Regulations are available at the Reception Center as well as on the website www.nawydmie.com.pl.
4. Rooms and cottages are rented for “hotel days”. The hotel day lasts from 16.00 to 11.00 the next day.
5. All formalities related to the accommodation must be made on arrival.
6. The fee for staying in O.W. “Na Wydmie” together with the local tax is charged in advance. Payment in cash on arrival or by bank transfer no later than the day before the start of benefits.
7. Each change of the date of arrival or departure (eg late arrival or early departure, resignation from stay) does not entitle to reduce the cost of stay and return any funds.
8. The Visitor of the Center can not transfer a room or a house to third parties, even if the period for which he paid the due amount has not expired.
9. At the request of the Guest renting the house or room, an additional person may be added only after the approval of the management of the Center and after completing registration formalities and paying the appropriate fee. Children are included in the total occupancy of the houses and rooms.
10. Persons who are not Guests of the Center may stay in the Center only with the prior consent of the Center staff. Persons inviting visitors to the Center are responsible for their behavior and for their damages.
11. The Center may refuse to accept and accommodate a Guest who during previous stays violated the Regulations of the O.W. “On the Dune.”
12. The Center reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who are under the visible influence of alcohol or intoxicants and behave aggressively in a manner generally considered vulgar.
13. Any person breaking the Regulations will be asked by the Center’s staff to leave the premises without the right to any compensation. In the event of a refusal, it will be handed over to the police along with referring the case to the proceedings in cases of misdemeanors.
14. “Na Wydmie” provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
15. In the case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately to the Reception Desk or O.W. “On the Dune.”
16. The resort has night quiet from 22.00 to 7.00 in the morning. Persons disturbing the silence of the night can be removed from the Center without the right to compensation.
17. The stay of children and young people under 18 in the Center is only allowed under the supervision of adults who take full responsibility for their deeds as their guardians or parents, as well as for all consequences of these acts and situations in the entire Center.
18. There is a playground for children under the age of 13, but it can only be used under the care of parents or carers. Due to the fact that parents bear full responsibility for safety and for all effects of their children’s actions, the owner of the Center asks for increased care over them.
19. The person renting a room or a lodge is obliged to check the condition of the equipment, confirm the compliance of the equipment with the list and accept material liability for defects and damages caused during use. People who devastate equipment, equipment, houses and their surroundings bear financial responsibility for the damage caused. Before leaving the Center, the Guest is obliged to settle his equipment.
20. Comments on damage and damage should be reported immediately at the Reception Center.
21. Due to the fire protection requirements in houses and rooms, you must not use any devices or apparatus (eg electric heaters, gas burners and candles) that could create a fire hazard. It is forbidden to bring to the rented rooms flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant odor.
22. The resort is not responsible for valuable items and cash left in the houses or rooms, therefore, due diligence should be exercised in closing windows and doors when leaving the premises.
23. Items of personal use, left in a room or a house by a leaving Guest, will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at their expense. If the Guest does not receive instructions to send back the items left, the Center will store the above items at the expense of the owner for one month. After this period, the items will be treated as devoid of purpose and impersonal.
24. Smoking in cigarettes and other drugs is strictly forbidden in rooms and lodges, Act of November 9, 1995 on health protection against the consequences of tobacco and tobacco use (Journal of Laws of 1996 No. 10, item 55 with later amendments) .) and the Act of 8 April 2010 amending the Act on Health Protection from the Consequences of Using Tobacco and Tobacco Products and the Act on State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 81, item 529). If you do not follow the above instructions, an additional fee of PLN 500 will be charged for additional specialist cleaning related to the renovation of the room.
25. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rented rooms and their equipment, apart from a slight change of furniture and equipment, without affecting their functionality and safety of use.
26. Before leaving the premises of the Center, the rented room or cottage should be cleaned, the dishes washed, the area around the houses cleaned up, and the trash should be removed to the trash cans.
27. Entry and parking of vehicles is only with the consent of the staff of the Center in a place designated for this purpose and indicated by the staff of the Center. The car park is unguarded and the Center is not responsible for vehicles parked on its premises and is not liable for any damage caused by third parties or force majeure (eg wind, storm, water, fire, etc.). Each room or cottage has one free parking space. If you wish to use each additional parking space, you must pay a fee 10 zł/day.
28. In the event of leaving the Center after 22.00, report this fact to the Reception or to protect the Center.
29. Permission to stay pets in the Center is possible only after reporting this fact and obtaining consent during the reservation and finally during arrival at the Center and verification of the notification by the administration of the Center. Animal owners are obliged to have a valid vaccination book, clean up waste from animals and take animals outside the premises of the Center. Pet owners bear full compensation and material responsibility for their animals.
30. Igniting grilles is possible only in places designated by the staff of the Center with special care and fire regulations.
31. The Center is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond its control, force majeure (eg wind, storm, water, fire) or for disruptions in power, water, TV or Wi-Fi, etc.
32. The guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by O.W. “Na Wydmie” for the needs necessary to carry out the Guest’s stay at the Center. The guest has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them.
33. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the Reception Center decides.
34. Guests staying in the Center are obliged to comply with it.
35. The staff of the Center is available to all Guests at anytime.
